Shipping & Returns

Understand the logistics of how your order will delivered, as well as associated policies regarding returns, cancellations, & import taxes.

Shipping

Pieces are shipped with USPS, typically by Priority Mail (2-3 business days for domestic shipping; 6-10 business days for international shipping). Commission pieces may need to be shipped by an alternate USPS method, depending on their size and weight. Glasswork Pixie LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit.

Customers with a special packaging/shipping request, such as a gift receipt, gift message, or USPS signature confirmation may email their request to glassworkpixie@gmail.com along with their order number, and Glasswork Pixie will accommodate if possible. Since many orders are shipped the same day they’re placed, such requests should be emailed immediately after completing an order.

Processing

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Commission pieces may require additional time.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Glasswork Pixie LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Cancellations

Glasswork Pixie accepts returns in line with the following conditions:

  • Buyers must place a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery; return requests should be emailed glassworkpixie@gmail.com along with the reason for return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

  • Returns are not accepted for commission pieces

Customers can expect refunded payments to arrive in 3-5 business days for purchases made through PayPal, and in 5-10 business days for all other purchase methods.

To cancel an existing order, customers should email a cancellation request to glassworkpixie@gmail.com. Note that since orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, cancellation requests should be sent ASAP. If a cancellation request is sent after a piece has already shipped, the return process outlined above will instead need to be followed.

Exchanges

Glasswork Pixie does not accept exchanges or cancellations, but buyers are encouraged to send a communication to glassworkpixie@gmail.com regarding any issues with their order.
